The Sunnyside Foundation is making GoodFish fintastic.
The Sunnyside Foundation trustees want thriving oceans with larger, healthier fish populations, reduced bycatch of threatened species, and reduced impacts from harmful
fishing practices.
Foundation Director, Lisa Ring, says, “Fish stocks are declining and other species are suffering as a result. To preserve them, Australians should know where their seafood is coming from and be encouraged to make educated choices. The GoodFish Program stood out to us as it drives improvements in our fisheries, helping eliminate harmful fishing practices, and encouraging world’s best practice.”
Lisa adds, “Ongoing support for organisations and programs like GoodFish will go a long way to ensuring future generations can continue to enjoy our vast array of amazing marine life,
whether it be out on the water or in our worldfamous restaurants.”
