Introducing stunning short film:
Now You See Me – Great Southern Reef
As children, Sarah Munro and Alice Wesley-Smith spent endless days frolicking in the kelp forests of the Great Southern Reef. As adults, their play evolved into a passionate resolve to do something to protect this jewel of the great southern ocean.
‘Now You See Me – Great Southern Reef’ is Sarah and Alice’s ode to their intimate connection with the reef, celebrating a plethora of species endemic to the southeast coast, from golden kelp to weedy seadragons and seals.
The film highlights not only the stunning beauty of the reef, but also the confluence of threats confronting some of its most vulnerable enclaves.
Sarah and Alice believe that our children deserve to enjoy the ocean gifts they were so lucky to experience growing up.
If you too are passionate about helping to preserve this treasure – there are two things you can do.
